The most common risks when importing from China.
The ones we operate to eliminate.
Supplier approved on paper, but not compliant in production
The manufacturer accepts specifications during negotiation but delivers the product with unauthorized variations in materials, dimensions, or finishes.
Goods that differ from the approved sample upon arrival.
The sample was excellent; the production lot does not maintain the promised standard.
Cargo that is poorly packed or incomplete at the point of departure.
Insufficient packaging for sea transport, missing units, or items poorly documented in the packing list.
No one in China to step in when something goes wrong.
Without local presence, any origin incident requires weeks of remote management at a cost borne by the importer.
A freight forwarder coordinating from the destination country.
Without real visibility into cargo status before shipment.
Multiple parties without a single control point at origin:
the supplier, the local freight agent, the consolidator - each working with only part of the information.

Operational supplier verification before the first order.
We evaluate real production capacity, logistics history, and communication conditions directly in China.

Pre-shipment inspection with photographic report at the factory.
The importer makes decisions based on verified information, not just the supplier's confirmation.
Cargo that is poorly packed or incomplete at the point of departure.
Insufficient packaging for sea transport, missing units, or items poorly documented in the packing list.
Packaging control and cargo preparation at origin.
Specific packing, marking, and documentation instructions are applied before the container is sealed.

Permanent operational representative in China, based in Guangzhou.
Direct intervention when any incident arises in production or logistics.
A freight forwarder coordinating from the destination country.
Without real visibility into cargo status before shipment.
Management from the point of departure - real presence, not remote coordination.
We coordinate with shipping lines and port operators from China, not from the importer's country.
Multiple parties without a single control point at origin:
the supplier, the local freight agent, the consolidator - each working with only part of the information.
A single coordination point across the whole chain in China.
Supplier, warehouse, inspection, consolidation, and transport all under a single management structure.
How we operate from China. Why origin control changes the outcome.
Poly Logistic does not coordinate shipments from an office in the client's destination country. Operations are managed from China, based in Guangzhou, Baiyun District, the same environment where goods are manufactured, consolidated, inspected, and dispatched before they sail.
Most freight forwarders operate from the destination country. They receive the cargo once it has already reached port, handle import documentation, and coordinate final delivery. They are perfectly valid for that role. Poly Logistic operates from the point of departure. Intervention happens before shipment, not after. That allows problems to be solved at origin, where the cost of correction is minimal, instead of discovering them at destination, where the consequences are irreversible.
Origin control vs. destination management.
A forwarder in Colombia cannot inspect a factory in Guangdong. We can. The difference is not operational, it is structural.
A single point of contact across the whole chain.
Supplier, warehouse, inspection, consolidation, and transport. Everything coordinated from the same point in China, with no friction caused by intermediaries.
Language, culture, and timing of the Chinese market.
We operate in the environment where the goods are produced. That reduces friction with suppliers, accelerates responses, and avoids high-cost misunderstandings.
Real representation, not virtual.
Permanent operational presence in China since 2018. No occasional subcontracting or remote coordination. Our base is in Guangzhou.

International Freight Forwarding from China
FCL, LCL and Air.
We coordinate FCL/LCL sea freight and air freight from China to Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Venezuela, El Salvador, and any other global destination. Direct access to shipping lines and airlines at all major Chinese ports, with no additional intermediaries.

Origin Logistics
Preparation and control before shipment.
Before shipment, we coordinate LCL consolidation, pre-shipment storage, and the physical handoff between the supplier and the point of departure. Goods reach the port or airport in optimal condition, ready to sail.

Pre-Shipment Inspections
Operational verification in China
We inspect at the factory before the container is sealed or the air shipment is dispatched. The importer receives a report with photographic evidence to make decisions based on real information before paying freight.

Business Representation
Your permanent operational agent in China.
For importers without a physical presence in China, we act as a permanent operational representative based in Guangzhou. Supplier sourcing, coordination with manufacturers, production follow-up, and pre-shipment management.
